Your Ragi has no preservatives and yet lasts for upto 7-8 days. This is because we do not slice the loaf. Keeping bread loaves unsliced in air tight containers is a traditional, natural way of increasing shelf life of bread and cake loaves.

To store your Ragi Bread effectively such that you get maximum nutrition and flavour,

- refrigerate in an airtight container from day 2 of manufacturing

- when consuming, microwave the loaf for 30-45 seconds and then cut the slices with a sharp bread knife

- you may also choose to cut the slices and then refrigerate the slices in an airtight container

I don't mind that it's hard. Most millet flours are. In fact it tells me you are not adding stupid stuff to make it soft.

Your millet breads are so good! My daughter and I especially like the ragi bread. We have it instead of chappatis for lunch and it is so satisfying.
